SOTEN Thermal Bundle Plus

The ACSL SOTEN Thermal Bundle Plus gives inspection, public safety, utility, and industrial teams a versatile drone platform for capturing actionable thermal and visual data in the field.

At the center of the bundle is the SAMO Thermal-Optical Payload, which combines a Teledyne FLIR Boson 640 × 512 radiometric thermal camera with a 64MP visible camera and 20x optical zoom. MSX thermal-visible overlay helps operators better interpret scenes, supporting workflows such as asset inspections, hot-spot detection, roof and solar inspections, search operations, emergency response, and facility monitoring.

Built around the compact ACSL SOTEN aircraft, the system is NDAA compliant and designed with encrypted communications and secure data options. The foldable aircraft weighs approximately 4 pounds, carries an IP43 rating for resistance to rain, dirt, and dust, and includes obstacle avoidance sensors to support safer missions near structures and equipment.

The included TAITEN Smart Controller features a 7-inch, 1,500-nit display, dual-band communications, AES-256 encryption, and up to eight hours of runtime. With five smart batteries, a triple battery charger, and a hard storage case, the SOTEN Thermal Bundle Plus is equipped for extended operations and rapid deployment.
